At LMP Publications, we strive to ensure that our customers receive authentic and high-quality law books. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be returned within 5 days of delivery
- Be in unused, original condition (no markings, folds, or damage)
- Include original packaging (if any)
- Not be damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Books that have been used, marked, or damaged
- Wrong selection by the customer (please verify title/edition before purchase)
- Special orders / bulk orders
- Any item marked as non-returnable
3. Return & Refund Process

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (in case of damage/defect)
If Approved:
- A replacement will be issued (preferred in most cases), or
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method
👉 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged book
- A wrong book
👉 Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear images
We will arrange:
- Replacement OR
- Full refund
6. Important Note
Due to the nature of professional and academic books, we encourage customers to carefully check:
- Title
- Edition
- Author
- Subject
before placing the order.

LMP Publications reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
